A six-inch metal stud wall with sheathing on each face rises above the roof level to form a parapet. The fully adhered roof membrane turns up the wall face with a one-foot minimum vertical flashing height. A surface-mounted termination bar secures the top of the membrane, protected by a metal counter flashing. Minimum R-30 roof insulation bears on the roof deck below.
