The assembly features a fourth floor level transition at 39'-0" elevation, incorporating a sloped lightweight concrete topping applied over a waterproofing membrane and drainage system on the exterior side. The concrete and metal deck construction slopes toward a drain to manage moisture. An elastomeric coating is applied at the floor surface. The structural support consists of a steel beam carrying concrete over metal deck, configured to accommodate the sloped topping.
