A hollow metal door frame connects to a concrete wall utilizing three frame anchors per jamb, with shims placed at the interface. A J-mold terminates the seven-eighths-inch cement plaster over metal lath on concrete masonry units, backed by sealant and a backer rod. Additional cement plaster is applied where required. The assembly maintains specified clearances of two inches, six inches, five-eighths of an inch, and a half-inch.
