A one-and-a-half-inch outside diameter steel pipe rail is welded to a three-quarter-inch outside diameter steel bracket, with all joints ground smooth and painted. The bracket secures to a concealed anchor plate using three typical one-quarter-inch concealed sheet metal screws. A painted three-and-one-quarter-inch diameter escutcheon covers the anchor plate.
