A reinforced membrane roof flashing transitions from a structural tilt-up concrete wall panel to a steel roof deck insulated with rigid insulation. The membrane is secured using fasteners and fastening plates installed per the manufacturer's recommendations and bonded with adhesive. A cut edge sealant is applied to exposed membrane edges at the roof termination. The steel roof deck is primed white in color and supported by a metal roof joist. The membrane is creased at the angle change to limit bridging to a maximum of three-quarters of an inch.
