An internally wired door jamb connects to an electrical conduit routed through a roof panel with a heated pressure relief vent. A sealing unit is installed at the entrance of the conduit into the cabinet, with sealing completed around the exterior of the conduit and inside around the wires at every stub out. When the cabinet is located outdoors, electric service is brought through the wall without penetrating the ceiling.
