A suspended wood slat ceiling system terminates at a vertical wall using a 7/8-inch wall angle molding and a 3/4-inch open reveal. The assembly consists of finished wood slats secured to a one-half-inch thick black crosspiece backer with a felt backer above, backed by acoustic insulation. The ceiling grid is supported by exposed tee grid main runners tied back with hanger wires and fixed or slotted brackets as required.
