Latch and cane bolt hardware assemblies for a trash enclosure gate consist of three three-quarter-inch diameter steel pipes one inch long welded to the gate, paired with a five-eighths-inch diameter by eight-inch long steel pin latch featuring a four-inch long handle, with both components painted to match the gates. A callout inset designates the spacing around the latch mechanism with quarter-inch and half-inch dimensions. Two five-eighths-inch diameter by ten-inch long minimum steel cane bolts with two-inch long handles slide into three-quarter-inch diameter by two-inch long steel pipes welded to the gate, engaging ground sleeves with one-half-inch and five-eighths-inch clearances. All finished elements are painted to match the surrounding gate assemblies.
