The raised platform consists of luxury vinyl tile flooring over double three-quarter-inch plywood layers and two-by wood sleepers spaced twelve inches on center. A hardwood bullnose edge detail features an LVT-20 nosing piece with an inset aluminum track and internal LED light tape. An adjoining half-inch plywood panel extends down the platform face toward the finished floor below. A note specifies that the platform must remain unattached to the structural floor.
