Fire lane identification markings apply to standard curb, rolled curb, and no-curb conditions. Curbs are painted OSHA safety red with the text 'FIRE LANE - NO PARKING' stenciled on top in three-inch white lettering at a spacing of thirty feet on center. An eight-inch dimension is specified for the painted zone on the flat pavement edge for no-curb conditions. Additional notes require fire lane entrance signs to be provided per accompanying attachments.
