Metal studs per schedule support a continuous metal top track, with batt insulation per plan filling the cavity. The wall surface finishes with five-eighths inch gypsum board, or five-eighths inch green board at wet walls. Above, a continuous metal joist header per schedule frames the ceiling edge, flanked by metal joists per schedule and finished with a five-eighths inch gypsum board ceiling.
