The base detail connects a scheduled door and curtain wall system to a concrete wall using anchor bolts and floor fasteners. A six-inch by six-inch aluminum tube and two-inch by six-inch intermediate mullion frame the opening, supported by a four-inch by six-inch end mullion. A closer plate is positioned below, alongside a one-inch reglet at the wall interface. The wall wainscot profile varies to accommodate a saw cut for glass installation at the base.
