An insulated sectional door operates on a three-inch heavy-duty track at drive-in doors and a two-inch track at dock doors, positioned adjacent to the wall beyond and floor level beyond. A standard dock bumper mounts against the exterior face of the concrete panel. A hydraulic pit leveler is installed per manufacturer instructions within the pit slab. The pit curb angle is anchored by six-inch long, one-half-inch diameter concrete anchors spaced at twelve inches on center, installed per manufacturer specifications. A waterproof coating system is applied at the pit over the concrete panel. All subsurface preparation is executed per the geotechnical report.
