A hollow metal frame and door sit directly above a finished concrete slab with a one-half inch maximum tolerance. A concrete wall extends vertically with a one-half inch typical concrete chamfer and a specified gasket. Flooring is provided per the finish schedule where applicable, and a threshold is installed when required.
