Bolts and channel supports are centered in the slot when casting the precast concrete panel, positioned ten inches and as specified on sheet 19/S6.1 from the panel edge with a half-inch clearance to the panel edge. A splice plate is anchored within the assembly, with details referenced on sheet 19/S6.1. The joist seat centerline and panel joint centerline establish the key alignment axes for the connection.
