Twelve-gauge vertical hanger wires stabilize the ceiling grid at a maximum spacing of four feet on center in each direction. Compression struts occur at a maximum spacing of twelve feet on center in each direction, braced by twelve-gauge wires with ninety-degree separation at each strut. Section A-A details the bracing wire attachment to the compression strut. Section B-B provides the perimeter condition with a spreader bar connecting the main or cross runner to a perimeter closure angle. Section C-C covers the seismic expansion joint, featuring a seismic joint clip and screws installed at slots to allow for movement, with the cross tee separated at the joint.
