The overhead coiling door assembly mounts to the interior face of a concrete wall with insulation. The door operator and chain drive mechanism position above the door header. A brush seal or weatherstrip integrates at the head of the door curtain to minimize air infiltration. The assembly references specification sections 08 3323.H and 08 3323.F for door components and hardware, and wall assembly WA-12.
