A one-and-a-half-inch outside diameter by thirteen gauge steel pipe handrail is secured to a steel wall bracket. The bracket fastens directly to a CMU or concrete wall using a three-eighths-inch diameter expansion bolt with two and one-half inches minimum embedment. The handrail maintains a one-and-one-half-inch clearance from the face of the wall.
