A hollow structural section wind girt supports a four-by-seven-inch by three-eighths-inch steel bent plate ledger fully wrapped with flashing membrane. The masonry veneer incorporates lip concrete masonry units with weep vents spaced at thirty-two inches on center. A stainless steel pan flashing set in sealant sits beneath the mechanical louver assembly, integrated with silicone sheet transition flashing and stainless steel flashing. Sealant and backer rod are applied at joints, with a continuous aluminum angle securing the sill components.
