Pre-finished aluminum composite metal panels are mounted over an air and moisture barrier and high-temperature water-resistive barrier applied to glass-mat gypsum sheathing on cold-formed metal studs. The metal stud assembly meets the concrete wall with closed-cell foam installed in the cavity. A concrete panel joint features a continuous backer rod and sealant between concrete wall panels.
