A control joint is integrated into a concrete substrate topped with a seamless epoxy flooring system. A waterproof membrane spans the joint width, reinforced by a three-and-three-quarter-inch wide fiberglass tape embedded directly into the membrane. A backer rod fills the joint gap below the membrane assembly. The installer must provide a recommended seaming diagram.
