Two isometric options illustrate seismic attachment of suspended ceiling framing to perimeter wall angles using Armstrong Berc2 clips or pop rivets. Option 1 utilizes an Armstrong Berc2 clip secured with a fastener, allowing movement while maintaining lateral stability. Option 2 utilizes a direct pop rivet connection securing the grid member to the wall angle. Vertical wire hangers are spaced within eight inches maximum from the perimeter wall intersection. Clearances and dimensional tolerances are indicated for proper alignment.
