A six-inch metal stud framing assembly abuts the concrete floor slab edge and is faced with two continuous layers of five-eighths-inch gypsum board on each side. A steel angle is fastened to the slab edge to support the interior wall construction. The concrete floor slab follows the specified structural assembly. Interior wall finishes are applied per the architectural schedules.
