This roof assembly consists of a reinforced membrane applied over rigid insulation and roof sheathing, supported by the roof structure. Fasteners and fastener plates secure the insulation layers, installed per the manufacturer's instructions. A minimum one-and-a-half-inch and half-inch dimension with approximate five-and-a-half-inch spacing governs the installation of sealant at the membrane joint. The roof sheathing and roof structure are sized per structural engineering specifications.
