An insulated precast concrete wall panel, painted on the interior surface, meets an interior concrete slab on grade over a vapor retarder and compacted fill. A continuous sealant joint backed by compressible filler is provided between the slab edge and the precast wall panel. The precast wall panel is eight inches in total thickness with a two-inch internal core space. Exterior grade is referenced to civil drawings.
