The roof assembly incorporates rigid insulation topped with a reinforced membrane and non-reinforced flashing secured by fastener and fastening plate components. A stainless steel clamping ring is installed per the manufacturer instructions alongside a water stop and sealant. Sumped roof drains, crickets, and mechanical unit curbs are configured with sloped warped deck drainage.
