The condensing unit rests on a neoprene pad set over a concrete pad provided by the general contractor and shown on plans. Stainless steel or chrome-plated fasteners are used for unit attachment as required where exposed to weather, per the structural submittal. Waterproofing and roofing are provided by the general contractor at the finished roof level.
