A top-mounted railing is secured to the top of a concrete retaining wall per structural specifications. A neoprene washer and a neoprene pad separate the mounting plate from the concrete. Dampproofing is applied to the exterior wall surface and covered with a foundation drainmat. Ground surfaces and drainage are coordinated with the landscaping plans.
