The exterior wall corner assembly consists of wall framing covered by exterior sheathing, water-resistive barriers, one inch of foam insulation, and seven-eighths inch of cement plaster. Metal lath wraps a minimum of twelve inches around the outside corner beneath the corner bead. A corner bead is installed at the exterior edge and secured with wire ties to the lath. A handrail is located adjacent to the corner assembly.
