Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment is surface mounted directly to insulated metal panel walls using top and bottom strut channels, avoiding direct screws into the insulated metal panel face. The equipment is placed in a continuous bed of sealant and sealed at the top and sides while leaving the bottom unsealed for drainage. Conduit passes through the insulated metal panel with foamed-in-place insulation per electrical specifications.
