A 1-inch diameter polyvinyl chloride pipe sleeve runs through concrete columns or shear walls with a minimum spacing of 6 inches. A three-quarter-inch plywood form encloses the concrete pour, featuring three-quarter-inch chamfers at all corners. Seven-eighth-inch wood dowels fasten to the form using wood screws. One-inch diameter Dywidag push-fit cones are removed after stripping off the form. Rebar locations must be verified before installing the PVC pipe sleeves.
