A frameless window head assembly utilizes a CRL SR2S sidelite rail secured beneath a box header. The glazing consists of one-half-inch tempered or float glass installed per the acoustical report and manufacturer recommendations, shimmed as necessary. The design requires a clear span straight header without diagonal bracing, sized with minimum gauge thickness to meet the glazing shoe requirements.
