A painted galvanized steel gate rail is positioned above continuous pavement with a clearance dimension of two and one-half inches maximum. A one-eighth-inch painted galvanized steel kickplate clads the assembly, providing a ten-inch minimum height and a twelve-inch minimum total height from the pavement. A painted galvanized steel return frames the top of the kickplate adjacent to the chainlink fabric. A painted galvanized steel fence post extends beyond the gate assembly.
