One and one-half inch diameter painted steel tube rails run along the top and bottom of the assembly, supported by posts spaced at a maximum of four feet on center. The posts anchor into core-drilled pockets in the concrete substrate and are secured with non-shrink grout or cementitious fill. A self-leveling sealant is applied at the top of the core-drilled opening around the railing support. All steel components are shop primed and painted.
