A twenty-four by six inch maximum metal cable tray penetrates a partition assembly with a cable bundle filling a maximum of forty percent of the cross-sectional area. Two by eight by five inch fire blocks are installed flush to the bottom of the floor. Firestopping sealant fills voids between cables, the cable tray, and any surrounding gaps up to a maximum four inch annular space. The installation complies with UL Listing W-L-4011 with sealant applied to the maximum extent possible.
