A four-inch by three-inch by one-quarter-inch steel plate featuring a five-eighths-inch hole at its center is welded to the face of a hollow structural section column. A typical one-quarter-inch fillet weld secures the plate to the column member. The screen attachment aligns with a centerline located ten inches from the column face and forty-two feet zero and three-eighths inches from plan reference three.
