An interior partition as scheduled terminates at an exterior curtain wall or storefront mullion with a maximum three-eighths-inch joint. The gap is tightly packed with glass fiber insulation for thermal and acoustic performance. Continuous acoustical sealant with a tooled joint is applied on both sides at the junction with the storefront framing member.
