A pop-up spray sprinkler is connected via a swing assembly and flex tube with a maximum length of 24 inches to a PVC Schedule 40 tee or ell on a PVC lateral pipe. The swing assembly is sloped towards the lateral pipe for complete drainage. The top of the sprinkler head is positioned just above the finish grade and top of mulch. A Marlex 90-degree ell and barb 90-degree fitting complete the transition from the lateral line to the sprinkler riser.
