A concrete tilt-up wall sits above a structural foundation beam with a required minimum three-eighths inch gap and a nine-foot dimension to finished floor. Shims are placed as required with sealant over a backer rod at each side of the joint. The concrete tilt-up wall is detailed per the structural drawings.
