A hollow metal door frame head is installed within a non-structural metal framing partition. The wall is constructed of non-structural metal studs faced with gypsum board on both sides, terminating at a curved track at the head condition. The hollow metal frame is set within the opening, maintaining a three-quarter inch minimum dimension requirement.
