A galvanized steel davit socket mounting plate and tube are anchored through a roof assembly with a variable top of slab elevation and a slope of one-quarter inch per foot. A stainless steel clamping ring with a continuous bead of sealant secures the single-ply base flashing, which maintains a minimum eight-inch vertical rise and a one-inch minimum horizontal termination above the roof surface. Stainless steel shims are provided as required beneath the assembly.
