An Acrovyn cover with an overall rail height of 5 inches is mounted to a continuous PVC retainer and 1-inch wide aluminum wall clips spaced at a maximum of 16 inches on center. The assembly is secured to steel stud blocking with number 10 by 1 1/2 inch pan head sheet metal screws, AF-6 Alligator anchors, and 1/4-inch steel plated SAE flat washers. The crash rail centerline is installed at 4 feet above finished floor.
