A precast concrete wheel stop is set upon paving and anchored with two epoxy-coated reinforcing bars embedded into the underlying substrate. The wheel stop measures five feet in length by nine inches wide and five and one-half inches high, reinforced internally with two bars. Paving specifications refer to civil drawings.
