A storm-resistant vertical louver with a bird screen sits atop a concrete wall and is secured with continuous angles provided by the louver manufacturer. Sill flashing with end dams is set in sealant along the concrete wall interface, with additional exterior sealant applied at the joint. Rigid insulation is installed to seal off the louvers from the exterior and is designated to be removed at phase buildout.
