The high profile davit mast assembly mounts to the roof structure to provide window washing and exterior maintenance access. The system includes a davit boom assembly rated for an approximate 1250 lbs capacity with a four-to-one safety factor and an approximate eight-foot-six-inch maximum reach. A wire rope roller deflector and davit transportation wheels facilitate operation. The mast features a davit rotation lock reachable by a worker on the catwalk platform to clear over the top of the parapet with an eighteen-inch clearance. A portable davit socket secures the mast, and the attachment method is to be coordinated with the structural engineer of record.
