An exterior concrete stair features poured-in-place concrete stairs and a landing finished with a light broom texture, flanked by a concrete tilt-up exterior wall and a concrete tilt-up guard wall painted to match the building field color. Treads are spaced at eleven inches with dimensions varying per civil drawings, and the landing slopes at one-eighth inch per foot. A one-and-a-half-inch diameter steel handrail is mounted to match the guard wall paint color.
