An interior PVC wall panel turns a ninety-degree outside corner protected by a stainless steel corner guard trim. A continuous two-inch by two-inch sixteen-gauge steel angle forms the corner subassembly, secured with continuous double-sided bonding tape on each side. Continuous sealant beads seal the joint edges at the panel interfaces. A continuous vapor retarder runs behind the PVC panels over framing that is not shown.
