Two 5/8-inch diameter by 10-inch long steel cane bolts with 2-inch long handles drop through 3/4-inch diameter by 2-inch long steel pipe guides welded to the gate frame. The bolts engage a 1-1/2 inch by 1-1/2 inch by 1/4-inch steel angle welded to the gate frame, featuring a 5/8-inch diameter half-circle cut that serves as the bolt catch. All exposed steel components are painted to match the enclosure finish above finish grade.
