An inside corner metal panel assembly features horizontal supports secured with 1/4 inch - 14 low profile through fasteners equipped with 1 and 1/8 inch bonded washers for wind load resistance. Inside and outside corner trims are tied in with pop rivets spaced at 8 inches on center and 3/4 inch Phillips pan head screws spaced at 8 inches on center. Continuous butyl tape and sealant are applied at joints to maintain weather tightness, and all voids are filled with field-foamed-in-place insulation as required. Field cuts and variable field conditions govern the final sizing and fit of the panel components.
