A galvanized steel U-bar safety anchor is provided by the window washing anchor provider and welded directly to the supporting steel structure beam per the anchor manufacturer recommendations. A galvanized steel pier rises through the roof assembly, encased in a seamless spun aluminum flashing and sealed with a wrap and seal membrane. A heat-shrink rubber collar flashing secures the upper connection.
